Hey, I'm Meg

I remember feeling like this VERY well – but it never made sense to me why. I had done what I thought I was supposed do to – my life looked GREAT on the outside. So, why couldn’t I shake the feeling of, ‘is this it’?

It’s because it wasn’t it. 

I had never really done the work on what my life looked and felt like as the happiest version of myself. I got caught in the rat race, living my life on someone else’s terms, feeling unfulfilled and telling myself I should just be happy with what I had. 

Until one random day, I decided to make a change and put my happiness first – and on my own terms. 

I left my big corporate job, I let love in, I built my dream, - simply put; I shook shit up. And, I never looked back. 

I re-trained as a Positive Psychologist to arm myself with the science of living life as our happiest self and now, I’m giving you everything I wish I knew then in my life changing challenge; Courage to Flourish.

  • What did I wish I knew?

    When I started learning about Positive Psychology kept thinking the same thing, 'why doesn't everyone know about this?'. So every day you'll get a short 10 minute lesson from me about how we're going to make this happen.

  • What activity did I wish I knew existed?

    The research is only as good as you can apply it. Every day you'll be supported with a short exercise in your workbook to apply the learning to your life and deepen the knowledge

  • What action did I wish took?

    Theory and mindset can only take you so far, action is where you're going to make waves. Following your learning and activity, I'll be supporting you to take one small action every single day!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every day you will receive a short training video from me giving deep insights to the research in behavioural change. You'll receive a daily workbook with an exercise in to apply your learning and an action to complete everyday to get you closer to where you want to be.

Your training and exercises are built upon 3 core pillars:

CLARITY

So often we can feel a sense of feeling unfulfilled because we're never really taken the time to understand what fulfilling our potential could look like for us. Day one and two focusses on gaining crystal clarity on who we are when are completely and utterly flourishing!

BELIEF

When we've got clarity, those pesky voices in our head can start to get in our way. On day three and four we dig deeper into the psychology of belief and how we grow our mindset to build our confidence that we can become the happiest version of ourselves.

ACTION

The best way to build our confidence? Action. It's also the only way to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. In day five, I teach you how to understand your pathway in easy, manageable steps!

Do the trainings happen live?

Nope. You'll receive your training in the morning for you to listen to or watch at any point during the day. You can submit your action whenever you feel like it!

When does it start?

The next cohort starts on Monday 3rd June 2024.

What happens if I miss one?

Nothing - you just catch up when suits!

How long will it take me?

No more than 20 minutes per day - easy

Didn't you used to charge for this?

Yup - yes I did! I'm all about creating as much impact to as many different people as possible though, so a free challenge makes sense!!!

I'm not UK based, can I still join?

You certainly can! Everything is online so you can access anywhere in the world.
